SARA (Saving and Rehoming Animals) provides a safe and secure environment for local stray and unwanted animals whilst treating each animal in their own right through financing, medical and accommodation expenses until new homes can be found.
Adopting a Pet
When you adopt an animal from S.A.R.A., all of our animals are:
Assessed by an experienced member of staff.
Examined by a vet and treated as needed.
Vaccinated, micro-chipped, treated for fleas and worms.
Neutered (unless there is a medical reason or it is unsafe to do so).
Animals in their senior years blood tested to check for health issues.
All of our cats are tested for FIV/FeLV.
S.A.R.A. offers ongoing advice and support when needed throughout your pets life.
