SARA is engaged in the rescue and ultimate re-homing of stray and unwanted pets, but from time to time animals arrive which cannot, for a variety of reasons, be re-homed. These animals will remain in our care and we will support them for the remainder of their lives.
This is a costly business and our “SPONSOR AN ANIMAL SCHEME” gives you the opportunity to help these animals.SARA is heavily assisted by volunteers, so you can be sure that, every penny you donate goes directly to the animals. Not only that, but if you are a tax payer, we can turn every £1 donated into £1.28 through the Inland Revenue Gift Aid Scheme.
e.g.
a monthly donation of £5 would return £6.40
a monthly donation of £10 would return £12.80
a monthly donation of £20 would return £25.60

In return you will receive a regular update on the animal’s well being from the animal itself, and an invitation to our annual sponsor day when you can meet your sponsor dog (special arrangements for cats)! All you have to do is choose your favourite animal from those below, complete the form at the back and return it to us as soon as possible.
You can donate as much or as little as you wish and either take the standing order to your bank or send it to us and we will forward it. You can also pay by cheque made payable to S.A.R.A. If you wish to complete a Sponsorship Form.
